Buffet evenings, innovative starters, and dessert buffets round up our culinary experience. And naturally, our daily varying salad buffet.

 

By the way, our kitchen chef is also a qualified pastry chef. He takes genuine pleasure in creating desserts and inevitably turns them into works of art. For Werner the dessert is a successful completion of an exquisite meal.

 

A carefully selected assortment of wines, especially fine Austrian quality wines, will further enhance your fond memories of Werner's extraordinary skills. 

 

 

Your very own private niche

Every table in our dining room has its own privileged setting high above Kitzb├╝hel. Due to its circular design the dining room affords a spectacular panoramic view of the mountain ranges.

 

Twice a week we invite you to a reception with the other guests, on Wednesdays this is a precursor to a gala dinner.

 

Full board for us means enjoy everything to the fullest. Morning, afternoon and evening.

Because the mountain air arouses the appetite.
