NO DIRECT ARRIVAL BY CAR TO THE HOTEL IS POSSIBLE in summer or winter.

It is only possible to reach the hotel via cable car (Fleckalmbahn). Operating hours: Daily from 8.30am to 5pm

The address of the Fleckalmbahn valley station is: Klausen 2, A-6365 Kirchberg in Tirol.

In order to travel up the mountain in the cable car, it is mandatory to have a valid ticket or skipass (winter). The ticket can be bought directly at the cash register at the Fleckalmbahn valley station. Please note that it is not possible to buy ski passes or tickets in the hotel.

If you do not ski on the day of your arrival, you can purchase a ski pass valid for the following day and after 3pm you can use the cable car for free.

Your luggage can be left at the back of the Fleckalmbahn valley cable car station and will be transported up the cable car for a fee which is calculated by weight - € 0.94 / kilo (as of winter 2024/25) - and is payable directly at the cash register. This fee includes your luggage transport down upon departure.

If your are just carrying smaller bags you can take them along into the cable car without extra cost where it can then be fetched from the mountain cable car station and brought to the hotel.

Upon arriving at the mountain cable car station the hotel is a mere 3 minute walk away (approx. 300m)

Winter guests! Please be aware we do not provide a shuttle service for this walk! We recommend suitable winter shoe wear.

Arrival via the Hahnenkammbahn: The Hahnenkammbahn normally runs until 5pm. Late arrival is only possible on Fridays until 11pm and on Saturdays until 6pm via the Hahnenkammbahn. Please be so kind to inform the hotel in good time in the event of a late arrival.

Upon departure the hotel will deliver your luggage to the Fleckalmbahn mountain cable car station. For the descent, you can either use the gondola or ski directly from the hotel into the valley. Subsequently you can pick up the luggage at the valley cable car station! This is stored in a safe cargo hold for you.

The rooms are usually ready for occupancy by 3pm. If need be, an earlier check-in can be arranged. Kindly inform us of an earlier check-in in advance whilst booking.

Kindly vacate your room by 10am. You are welcome to inquire about availability for a late check-out.

You can park your car at the Fleckalmbahn valley cable car station in the garage. The parking fees are as follows (as of 2025):

The parking fee is payable at the ticket office at the Fleckalmbahn. Parking is free outside the parking garage during the day.

We are very happy to organise any transfers for you, to and from the airport or train station. Please notify the reception for this service in good time.

For payment we accept cash, credit cards (VISA & MasterCard), debit cards or bank transfers in advance.

The nearest ATM is located directly at the Fleckalmbahn or Hahnenkammbahn valley cable car station.

The spa & recreation area features a Finnish sauna and a Bio-sauna. The saunas are in operation from approximately 3pm until 8pm and upon request they can be turned on even earlier.

The sports spa offers two infrared cabins. The intensity can be individually controlled by you.

There are bathrobes in all the rooms for your comfort

Our hotel bar is open daily from 3pm onwards. From the afternoon drink to the aperitif and a nightcap, nothing remains to be desired. The drinks list and the wine list can be found at the bar. Furthermore we offer little snacks like pizzas etc. Drinks and food can be billed to your room.

In our self service Restaurant Sonnenrast, hotel guests receive a discount of 15%. We therefore ask you to inform our cashier in good time before the payment process. Warm kitchen until around 3.30pm.

Various coffee specialities, tea and hot chocolate are available for free during the day until the bar opens.

If you would like to cook yourself, we can gladly take over the purchase of selected products for you. Please hand in the completed order list at the reception by 10:00 am. The groceries ordered will be delivered around 5 pm. We charge a fee of € 10.00 per purchase. (Delivery fee including freight costs)

There is a supermarket 400m from the Fleckalmbahn valley station.

Every room or apartment has its own safe where you can store your valuables with a self-generated pin code.

Free WiFi is available. The WiFi code can be obtained at the reception.

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven, cooking hobs, microwave and dishwasher. Naturally also a comprehensive set of kitchen utensils!

The hotel water taps contain fresh drinkable mountain spring water!

We are always willing to accommodate your room preferences upon request.

We are happy to provide a baby cot in the room. Please specify this when booking. All rooms or apartments can be equipped with baby cots.

The cost of a baby cot is € 20 / night.

In the basement of the hotel in our ski rack room you can store your ski equipment and in the morning ski directly out onto the ski slopes. There is also a heated boot drying rack. Kindly do not leave any ski equipment in the hotel entrance area.

Skipasses can be purchased at the Fleckalmbahn and the Hahnenkammbahn valley cable car stations. The current ski pass rates can be found on the Kitz Ski website.

Please note that for legal liability reasons the hotel does not offer a skidoo shuttle transport with the exception of a late arrival via the Hahnenkammbahn.

Well behaved and clean dogs are very welcome in the hotel. Please appreciate that no dogs are allowed in the dining room area or in the sports spa area. We charge € 20,00 per night.

Please take notice that smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or on the balcony.
